To link it first create a file in ur file browser name it forum_rules when it opens paste dis rules there then "SAVE" For linkin, in the code i gav u, u wil c the place fr u forum rules link jst insert ur site name there /forum_rules lik dis http://ur site name/forum_rules dat all!
