You cannot upload theme of your own in wordpress.com or upload plugins, or remove (powerd by wordpress @ your footer) else you paid for it. Xo you better go and sign up with wordpress.org and find better site to host it

I dont know the pnone you are using but java phone cannot register it and if it is Andriod, then their latest opera mini can register it or you better use chrome,firefox for it thats my advice
