Paste the css nd heada code at ur _header it is direct at ur filebrowser nd paste the foota code at ur _footer it is also located at ur filebrowser. _header and _footer is an automatic function wich enables ur heada nd foota to appear once a page/file is created. So if u dnt wnt to use xame heada nd foota fr all ur page then in each page u scrol down click optionsand untick _header nd _footer.
